Refunds and Cancellation Policy
We at Astrix commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. You will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product.
We allow cancellations till the time we have not started processing the order. For any queries regarding cancellation, please email us on email@example.com.
We do not offer returns on most of our products unless explicitly mentioned on the product page. Most products we sell are Printed on Demanded, especially for your order. In order to return your eligible products, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the order.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right with a refund or exchange.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, a new piece will be shipped to you.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 - 5business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
